Vio is an illustrator from Spain. Their work is inspired by fantasy, fairy tales and queer stories.They have graduated from Fine Arts in Universitat Politècnica de València, and got a master's degree in Profesional Illustration in Barreira Arte + Diseño.Contact at: [email protected]

DesireThis illustration represents what Nico and Ruru want of each other.In the first image the "red string of fate" ties soulmates together, its over appearance indicates the overwhelming desire for it.
But Nico leaning over Ruru, with his hands posed as a puppeter, indicates a need of control. To keep Ruru right where he can direct him.Meanwhile on the second image, Ruru tearing out Nico's heart is a metaphor of his desire to find out all his feelings as well as to control them.
